First there’s the comfort factor. Think of all the extra space you have in a large house compared to a single hotel room. Even the most luxurious hotels don’t have rooms that big. These vacation homes have between 3 and 7 bedrooms, 2 and 4 bathrooms, 1 or 2 living areas, dining areas, large kitchens and most have their own private swimming pools. All fully equipped of course.

Then there’s cost.    Even if there are just 4 people in your party the cost would be about the same as staying in a mid-range hotel room. Which would you prefer, squeezing 4 people in a single small room or living in a spacious 3 bedroom house ?

Another serious cost consideration for many families is food. Staying in a hotel means you will almost certainly have to eat out for every single meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staying in one of our homes means that you have all the facilities you need to eat in if you wish, saving a great deal of money doing a shop in somewhere like K-Mart.

Most central Florida properties are located within easy reach of all the main attractions with Disney World being just 10 - 15 minutes drive away. When you return from all the excitement and noise of the Theme parks you will appreciate the peace and quite of the pleasant areas these properties are located in.

Holidays in other people's homes are a completely different experience to staying in hotels. Its more private, intimate and adventurous - you get a much better feel for your destination. Its a home from home and you will be more in contact with the local way of life and culture. That's not to say you will necessarily be dealing direct with a local owner. All of our properties are owned and managed by English speaking people and many are owned by UK residents or UK ex pats.
