Jurassic Park

You've seen the film, now live the adventure for yourself. Enter this pre-historic world, brought to life through modern technology and lavish scenery, in this very believable experience.
Jurassic Park River Adventure. Get aboard a river boat and take a journey through the scientific marvels that have brought dinosaurs back to life. As things start to go drastically wrong you will end up trying to avoid deadly Raptors, venomous spitters and finally the mighty T-Rex. Ioa1.JPG (46454 bytes)
Your only way of escape is an 85ft plunge into total darkness. Very realistic and a bit wet.
Height restriction 3ft 6in min.

Triceratops Encounter is your chance to meet and see up close one of the more friendly dinosaurs. You will join the rangers in the veterinary paddock and learn how these creatures are cared for. The 24ft long 10ft tall Triceratops reacts realistically to both it's keepers and the crowd. The children will enjoy this close encounter.

Jurassic Park Discovery Center. Here you take a close look at the science that created Jurassic park. Hands-on interactive exhibits and displays, watch raptors hatching from their eggs and examine the massive fossil remains of a T-Rex.
This is a good place to visit to escape the heat of the day.

Pteranodon Flyers. Take a ride under one of these gentle and majestic dinosaurs of the air and get a birds  eye view of Jurassic Park. Be warned though that the queue here can get very long and it only moves very slowly as only 2 people can board at a time. When we visited there was no board outside to show wait times nor could you see a queue but it still took in excess of 45 minutes to get on, even though the park was very quiet. ( It only took 15 minutes to board the Hulk.)
Height restrictions 3ft min. and adults (over 56 inches) can only ride if they are accompanied by a child. Get here early.

Camp Jurassic. Another great place for the kids to expend their energy. Volcanoes, caves, waterfalls all complete with slides, nets, bridges and other fun obstacles, all build into a fabulous adventure playground which the children will love and parents will enjoy exploring.
