Toon Lagoon

Toon Lagoon takes you into the world of some of your favourite comic strip characters like Popeye and Bluto. There's plenty of fun to be had here especially for the younger kids, plus a couple of excellent thrill rides.

Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls. Join this adventurous log-flume ride as our hero Dudley, tries to save his girlfriend from the villainous Snidely Whiplash. The climax of this watery ride is a 60ft drop over a precipice into the lagoon below. The bottom of the drop is actually 15 feet below the lagoons surface and as you emerge from there water is sprayed at the boat from both sides. There is no dry spot in your log boat so it doesn't matter where you sit. The result is always the same, you get very wet. Great fun though. Bring a change of clothes with you if the weather is cool.

Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges. This is another watery adventure, this time with Popeye and friends. Again you will get VERY wet on this white water rafting trip that has some great surprises in store. Expect long queues here all day. Bring a change of clothes if the weather is a bit cool. I rate this as the best raft ride I have been on, much better than the one in Disney's Animal Kingdom. The rapids here actually look frightening. We went round twice in a row and came off absolutely soaked to the skin.

Me Ship The Olive is a fun packed adventure playground for kids of all ages. Set on Popeye's boat this 3 story interactive area will keep them amused for ages. They can even get the people even wetter on the Bilge-Rat Barges by shooting them with water cannons.
