The Gory, Gruesome & Grotesque Horror Make-up Show. This is a 20 minute show demonstrating how the movie make-up artists have attempted to scare us to death over the years. You will witness a 'live' demonstration of a Werewolf transformation and you will see The Fly emerging from it's Telepod. Learn how they create all that blood and guts that makes the movies seem so real. This is also a very funny show as the two hosts are quite good comedians.
Parental discretion is required for under 13's as some of the short film clips show are a bit gory.

Terminator 2: 3-D Battle Across Time. This is a truly dazzling show, based on the Terminator films, and at a staggering cost of $60 million to produce, it should be.
There's a 10 minute pre-show which takes you into the workshops of Cyberdyne Systems, and then you enter a 700 seat auditorium to view the companies latest robot creations. As usual, things don't go quite to plan and you are then subjected to an amazing show integrating incredible special effects, live action and 3-D film.
The 12 minute 3-D film footage used here is, frame-for-frame the most expensive live action film ever produced, costing some $24 million. If you liked the movie you'll love this.
Expect very long queues all day so get here early. Parental discretion is advised for under 13's.

Finally, don't miss the Dynamite Nights Stunt Spectacular which takes place on the lagoon 15 minutes before the park closes. This is based on a Miami Vice type police operation, involving speedboats, jetski's and some top stunt men. This is a very explosive (and wet if you stand in the wrong place) end to your day at Universal Studios.
