Earthquake - The Big One. You begin by enjoying an informative film narrated by Charlton Heston all about how the movie's special effects were created and you will also see the miniature city used in the film, that took 6 months to make at a cost of about $2.5 million. Then you enter the Bay area Underground system and board a subway car, which arrives at a station just as a full scale earthquake strikes. Collapsing walls and ceilings, falling cars, fire and large amounts of water all make this a very realistic experience.
Restrictions: Children under 48 in must be accompanied by an adult. Those with back, neck or heart problems, pregnant or easily scared should not ride.

Jaws. You've probably seen the film, now come face to face with the most famous teeth in the movies. This menacing monster of a shark is 32 feet long and weighs three tons and is intent on eating you and your boat.
Set in a five million gallon, seven acre lagoon, your boat captain will steer you through some amazing stunts, explosions and terrifying encounters with the Great White Shark. Universal spent over $45 million on this 6 minute ride and it is therefor very popular. Queues will be long here for most of the day. Best get here early.
Restrictions: Those with back, neck or heart conditions, or pregnant should avoid this ride.

Beetlejuice's Rock'n'Roll Graveyard Revue is a fun family show lasting 18 minutes. A musical Rock'n'Roll revue featuring the Wolfman, Dracula, Phantom of the Opera, Frankenstein and of course Beetlejuice himself. This all takes place in an outdoor, but covered, amphitheatre.

The Wild Wild Wild West Stunt Show. This 18 minute show is a wild west stunt spectacular complete with corny jokes, fist fights, high falls, shootouts and very loud explosions. The show takes place in a covered outdoor theatre seating nearly 2000, so there shouldn't be too many queues here.
